Do You Have a Wanderer?

Does your family member with autism or other special needs wander, and do they need help communicating some or all of the time?

Special Needs Registries have been established in communities and counties across the Greater Houston Area to help first responders with individuals who may need special assistance if they are alone or in times of emergency. This kind of assistance may be required if the person needs help to speak or properly identify themselves if they become disoriented or act in a manner that first responders could misinterpret.

Registering your family member is easy, and you may save their life!
